Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced clamp forklift operator for material unloading, positioning, and preparation, providing machine support and performing production, maintenance, and cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Paper and cardboard coil unloading and positioning 2. Support to machine operators and machine feeding 3. Production support tasks, maintenance, and cleaning We are looking for a clamp forklift operator to work in Besalú. Tasks include unloading trucks carrying paper and cardboard coils, storing them in the warehouse, preparing them for the machine, and loading cut-product pallets. Additional duties involve supporting machine operators, feeding machines with coils, palletizing, strapping, labeling, and shrink-wrapping. Finished products are collected using electric pallet trucks and front-end forklifts; cages are transported, and paper and cardboard are guillotined. Furthermore, production support, maintenance, and cleaning tasks are performed in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Working hours follow weekly rotating shifts: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with possible Saturday work from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. during peak periods. An initial temporary contract is offered via an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with potential transition to permanent employment with the company. The hourly wage is €10.50. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Primary education; basic computer literacy; forklift operator license and extensive hands-on experience. **IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:** Energetic, organized individual with good memory and proven experience operating front-end forklifts, especially clamp forklifts for handling fragile and heavy materials—minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Preference given to candidates residing near Besalú and possessing their own vehicle. Stability and long-term commitment to the company are essential.
