Everything you do has an impact on other humans, do it well. **What you will be doing?** * Actively identify and **prospect key decision\-makers in Tourism Boards**, across different international markets. * Run personalized and high\-impact outbound campaings via **email, cold calling, and Linkedin** to generate interest in Passporter products. * Articulate and present **Passporter's value and proposition** concisely and persuasively to secure the initial meeting. * Maintain the **CRM** (HubSpot) flawlessly, accurately logging all interactions, pipeline data, and ensuring the smooth handover of qualified leads to the Bizdev team. * Provide **administrative support** as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications * Represent Passporter at **tourism events and fairs** (e.g., FITUR, World Travel Market) to secure on\-site meetings, qualify leads, and expand the network. **The perfect candidate** * At least 2 years of experience in **SDR/BDR/Lead Generation** high\-ticket B2B roles, ideally in tech or travel industries. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in **spanish and english**. Other language will be a plus! * **Go\-getter mentality**. You are very ambitious, motivated by targets, and resilient in the face of rejection. * Experience working with **CRM software.** * Will be a big plus if you have been working with **tourism boards or high\-ticket clients within the tourism sector** **What we offer?** * **Fixed salary** based on your working experience \+ **commisions**. * **Full time** contract, or contractor if you live outside Spain. * **Remote work .** We offer flexible working schedule as well * **23 working days** of vacation \+ B\-day off \+ Christmas and New Year Eve off. * **Travel \& work perk**.
