There is a real possibility—provided you perform your duties correctly—to increase your salary. **What duties will you perform?** - Assembling electrical components using manual and electric tools, interpreting blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. - Verifying, testing, and labeling parts prior to shipment to the client. - Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation and tools, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **What qualifications must you meet to join our team?** * Disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher. * Demonstrable experience in a similar position. * Ability to work autonomously and meet individual production targets. * Capacity to collaborate with the team to achieve shift production goals. * Ability to interpret assembly instructions. A supervisor will provide initial guidance and support when handling new products. * Manual dexterity and visual-motor coordination for handling components and tools. * Responsibility and commitment to workplace safety. **What do we offer you to join our team?** – One-year employment promotion contract, with a real possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. – Working hours: Monday to Wednesday: 06:00–14:00; Thursday: 06:00–13:30; Friday: 06:00–13:00\. – Salary based on experience and performance: Fixed salary: €17\.000–€21\.000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments.
