Megarama, a new cinema complex located in the Vialia shopping center in Albacete, is seeking dynamic and versatile professionals to join its Customer Service Staff team. We are looking for individuals passionate about the entertainment industry, with strong customer orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Selected candidates will become part of a stable workforce operating on rotating shifts. Main responsibilities: * Box office and bar service: Ticket sales, cash handling, customer assistance and advice, and preparation of concession stand items (popcorn, beverages, etc.) * Access control: Ticket/QR code reception and validation, guidance to screening rooms, and capacity monitoring. * Cleaning and maintenance: Maintaining order and performing quick cleaning of screening rooms between showings, as well as common areas of the cinema, to ensure the best possible customer experience. * General operational support: Assisting with facility opening and closing procedures according to company protocols. Requirements: * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, box offices, or the cinema/leisure sector is valued. * Strong service orientation, agility in resolving incidents, dynamism, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Flexibility to work afternoon, night, and weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), with schedules published in advance. * Regular residence in Albacete or in nearby areas easily accessible from the city.
