You will handle customer inquiries received via **chat and email**, resolving questions, managing incidents, and providing support. Who are we looking for? * Prior **customer service experience**. * Native-level **German** proficiency. * Excellent **customer service skills**. * An **empathetic** individual capable of building trust-based relationships. * Strong **communication and active listening skills**. * Ability to **adapt** to customer requests and manage them efficiently. * Skill in engaging customers and fostering their **commitment**. * Familiarity with common IT tools and proficiency in using digital tools (e-commerce platforms). **Bonus points:** * Previous experience in a Contact Center. * Prior experience managing customers via **chat and email**. * Advanced **English or Spanish** proficiency.
