Job Summary: Fundació Claror seeks an individual for customer service and sales at Claror Can Caralleu, responsible for customer interaction and achieving commercial objectives through self-management. Monitoring of customer service procedures and protocols **Description:** ---------------- Fundació Claror seeks a person to join the customer service and sales team at the Claror Can Caralleu center. The candidate will be responsible for providing service and information through a self-management model, and for achieving acquisition, loyalty, and retention targets assigned by their Process Manager, all while adhering to established customer service procedures and protocols and delivering the highest quality of service. Working hours to be covered: Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 20:30, and Sundays from 08:30 to 13:30 (on alternate weeks) Category: 2 (own collective agreement) Approximate working time: 18%. Contract type: Permanent **Requirements:** ----------------- MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE: Education: EGB, ESO or higher Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offenses. COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING AND ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Intermediate or higher vocational training in Sales. Commercial knowledge: sales cycle, customer acquisition, retention, customer service, etc. Oral proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. Oral proficiency in English or other languages. Proficiency in Outlook. Knowledge of Deporwin or similar software. Regular practical experience and familiarity with products and services offered by sports centers.
