For our service center in Manacor , we are looking to hire a Workshop Technician . This position is designed for individuals with manual dexterity, customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work. Prior experience in the automotive glass sector is not required: if you meet the job requirements and bring the right attitude, motivation, aptitude for manual work, and desire to grow, specific prior experience will not be an obstacle. During your onboarding, you will receive comprehensive training at one of our training centers, where you will learn the procedures, tools, and knowledge needed to perform the role safely, with quality and confidence. What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? You will join the workshop team and participate in the repair, replacement, and recalibration of vehicle glass—following the technical, quality, and safety procedures established by Carglass ®. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Performing automotive glass repairs and replacements. Using technical tools and equipment according to defined procedures. Ensuring service quality, safety, and workshop order. Providing close, clear, and professional customer service. Explaining the work performed and addressing basic questions related to the service. Identifying customers’ additional needs and recommending solutions honestly and naturally. Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure efficient center organization and an excellent customer experience. What do we value? Interest in learning a technical specialty linked to the automotive industry. Attention to order and detail, and commitment to safety. Ability to work efficiently, adapt to change, and maintain quality even during peak activity periods. Strong customer interaction skills and ability to communicate clearly. Teamwork, collaboration, and a positive attitude. Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in the automotive industry, mechanics, bodywork and painting, windshield installation, or similar roles will be considered favorably—but is not essential. What do we offer?
