We are recruiting for a Valencian business group in the RCD sector: Workshop Manager The selected candidate will have the following main responsibilities: **Machinery Maintenance** * Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures. * Coordinate repairs of crushers, mills, screens, conveyor belts, and mobile machinery. * Monitor wear of critical crushing and screening components. * Schedule replacement of parts and components before failures occur. * Minimize unplanned plant shutdowns. * Supervise repairs carried out by in-house personnel and external companies. * Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance plan. * Establish priorities based on equipment criticality. * Coordinate maintenance shutdowns with Production. * Maintain a record of failures and interventions. * Identify recurring failures and propose definitive solutions. **Spare Parts and Suppliers** * Monitor spare parts requirements. * Identify critical spare parts to be kept in stock. * Request quotations and collaborate with Procurement. * Coordinate official technical services and external companies. * Supervise work performed by suppliers. Required Profile: * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Mechanics or Electromechanics; a University Degree is valued. * Over three years’ experience in Heavy Machinery Maintenance. * Experience in RCD plants is desirable, as well as familiarity with: impact mills, jaw crushers, excavators, conveyor belts, feeders, loaders, and mobile handling and feeding equipment. * Experience leading teams of operators. Salary: €28,000.00–€35,000.00 per year Experience: * Heavy Machinery Maintenance: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
