Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and Team Leader, this professional is responsible for carrying out operational and logistical tasks within the warehouse. **We offer:** ============= Temporary Vacancy **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= 1\. Unloading and incoming material control in the warehouse. 2\. Control and registration of goods receipt notes for incoming materials. 3\. Registration and control of material inflows and outflows in the inventory system. 4\. Placement of materials in the designated storage area. 5\. Management of outgoing material orders, including printing orders via labels and documents. 6\. "Picking" and "packing" tasks for various material and product references. 7\. Labeling, packaging, and preparation of products for dispatch. 8\. Order preparation and warehouse organization. 9\. Loading of completed parcels and handover to transport agencies. 10\. Manufacturing of chains through custom cutting. 11\. Control and management of returns. 12\. Control and management of exchange materials and warranties. 13\. Conducting physical inventory counts (counting and recording quantities). 14\. Operation of material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet trucks. 15\. Monitoring maintenance of equipment and tools used in warehouse processes. 16\. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse. 17\. Collaboration with other team members to optimize logistical processes and with direct supervisors (Team Leader and Warehouse Manager). 18\. Performing other related duties assigned by supervisors. 19\. Proper use of required PPE in designated areas and tasks. 20\. Reporting any changes affecting service quality to the System Manager. **Required Education:** * Formal education not required. \- Non-formal education: Forklift Operator License (Counterbalanced Forklift) \- Tri-directional forklift and order picking/receiving experience preferred. * Experience: Experience and knowledge in the transportation/logistics sector is preferred. **Skills:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Punctuality. * Efficiency. * Interest in the job. * Proficient operation of forklifts and related equipment.
