Reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in the warehouse’s daily operations and in coordinating a small team.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
Team Leadership and Management
* Coordinate and supervise a team of 2 to 4 people during the afternoon shift.
* Organize and assign tasks to the team.
* Foster a positive working environment and ensure shift objectives are met.
Warehouse Operations
* Load and unload goods.
* Prepare and label raw materials for production.
* Ensure proper material supply.
Inventory Management
* Locate and monitor inventory.
* Manage stock following the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
* Guarantee correct rotation and preservation of materials.
Machinery and Processes
* Operate forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks.
* Transport goods onto plastic pallets in accordance with food hygiene and safety protocols.
Coordination
* Collaborate closely with Production Team Leaders to ensure timely material supply.
* Identify and report incidents to the Logistics Supervisor.
Organization and Continuous Improvement
* Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness.
* Contribute to improving and optimizing workflows and operational practices.
**What are we looking for?**
* Education: Medium-level Vocational Training qualification.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or similar environments.
* Prior experience coordinating or supervising small teams (2\-4 people).
* Valid forklift license and hands-on experience operating forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks.
* Knowledge of inventory management and the FIFO methodology.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Knowledge of administration and logistics.
* Catalan: C1 level\.
* Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and manage periods of high volume or pressure.
* An organized, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
* Motivation to assume increasing responsibilities and grow professionally.

Fixed afternoon shift
Monday to Friday.
Starting salary of €23,000–€24,000 gross per year, with a progressive growth plan leading up to the Team Leader position, with remuneration aligned to functions and responsibilities.
