At weRfoods, a historic group dedicated to the meat industry, we are looking to hire a Forklift Operator for NATURAL JAMON (formerly Ventolà), one of our cured meat plants located in La Canya (Olot). Its traditional manufacturing processes preserve the essence accumulated over generations when producing sausages and cured meats, enabling us to offer full traceability, excellent quality, and top-tier food safety. Its flexibility, adaptability, and collaborative approach with customers allow us to deliver services internationally—to specialty shops, large supermarkets, hospitality companies, distributors, and the industrial sector of cured products. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Carry out internal movement of goods and products within the plant, ensuring an efficient and safe logistics flow while supporting various production and dispatch areas. Loading, unloading, and positioning goods using a forklift. Internal movement of pallets, products, and materials between sections. Order preparation and support in dispatch operations. Basic stock control and correct material placement. Compliance with safety, hygiene, and food traceability regulations. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Supporting other logistics and operational tasks within the plant. Mandatory forklift operator license ("carretillero/toro") and related experience. * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written level) * Competencies / Knowledge: Prior experience as a forklift operator or in logistics/industrial environments. A valid forklift license is mandatory. Experience in the food or meat industry is desirable. Availability to work daytime shifts. Class B driving license and personal vehicle required to access the Olot facility. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1700' to '1800' * Additional relevant information: Joining an established and growing company within the meat sector.
