Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** **Preparation of the Work Area**: * Set up and prepare tables with cutlery, napkins, and glassware. * Ensure the service area is clean and organized. * Restock and maintain inventory of utensils, linens, and consumables. **Assistance During Service**: * Carry dishes, beverages, and other orders from the kitchen or bar to tables. * Remove used plates, glasses, and cutlery from customers. * Attend to customers’ basic needs, such as refilling water, bread, or napkins. **Support at the Bar and Kitchen**: * Collaborate with the bar staff in preparing simple drinks if required. * Assist in the kitchen with basic tasks such as transporting trays or organizing food items. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: * Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and common areas after service. * Ensure the work area complies with hygiene and safety standards. **Communication and Coordination**: * Coordinate with waiters to ensure efficient and seamless service. * Report any incidents or customer requests to the head waiter. **Customer Service**: * Provide courteous and respectful treatment to customers. * Help resolve basic inquiries regarding the menu or menu items. **What Are We Looking For?** * Prior experience in a similar role. * Basic knowledge of customer service. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Availability for rotating or flexible shifts. * Proactive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. * Intermediate level of English; additional languages are valued (e.g., German). * Possession of an officially recognized disability certificate will be positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunities. **What Do We Offer?** * Temporary seasonal contract. * Opportunity for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, events, and more.
