From **ALANNIA ELS PRATS**, located in Miami Platja, we are seeking a ***Waiter/Waitress Assistant*** to join our team. **FIXED-TERM INTERMITTENT CONTRACT UNTIL OCTOBER \- EARLY NOVEMBER.** These are the responsibilities: * Service Preparation. Setting up and clearing tables, ensuring that tableware, glassware, and cutlery are in perfect condition. Restocking and organizing necessary service items and utensils. Assisting with cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * Customer Service Assistance. Greeting and seating customers according to the waiter/waitress’s instructions. Serving water, bread, and other initial accompaniments. Assisting with order taking and accurately communicating requests to the kitchen or bar. * Food and Beverage Service Support. Promptly and efficiently transporting and serving dishes and beverages. Removing used plates and utensils while keeping tables clean. Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to basic needs during meals. * Materials and Supplies Management. Monitoring and replenishing table supplies (napkins, condiments, etc.). Collaborating in receiving and storing goods. Reporting any damage to furniture or tableware. * Compliance with Hygiene and Safety Standards. Adhering to hygiene and food handling regulations. Salary: €1,600.00\-€1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
