At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our establishment **Wawa Tarifa**, located in **Tarifa (Cádiz)**. ️ **What will your daily responsibilities be?** * Prepare work areas for service. * Directly serve customers during food and beverage consumption. * Prepare simple dishes or meals for consumption. * Transport utensils and equipment required for service. * Monitor and inspect goods and usage targets for the selected items. * Collaborate with the restaurant/bar manager in preparing and executing special events. * Coordinate and supervise duties specific to the area. * Inform and advise customers on the composition and preparation of available products. * Handle customer complaints. * Issue invoices and collect payments from customers. * Ensure the brand image and values are upheld in all activities performed. **What do we expect from you?** * Compulsory education or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service in restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels). * Food Handling Certification and APPCC, in-person PRL training, and training in allergen management and food safety. * Basic computer skills and WinHotel knowledge. * English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are valued). * Service orientation, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed-term intermittent contract**. * **Full-time schedule**. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at our establishments, insurance, and agreements with banking institutions.
