




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible waiter/waitress to take orders, manage the cash register, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the establishment's cleanliness and order. Flexible working hours and teamwork WAITER/WAITRESS: **RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS** · Take customer orders. · Enter orders into the system and manage the cash register. · Verify that customers meet the legally required minimum age for consuming alcoholic beverages. · Ensure customers are enjoying their meals and take corrective action in case of any issues or incidents. · Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations upon request. · Explain, upon customer request, how menu dishes are prepared, including ingredients used. · Recommend beverages to customers. · Inform customers about daily specials. · Clear tables after customers have finished dining. · Prepare hot and cold beverages. · Set up and/or dismantle the dining area and/or other areas. · Follow proper waste recycling procedures. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Knowledge of cash register management. **LANGUAGE SKILLS / OTHER KNOWLEDGE** \- You must adapt your schedule to the establishment’s varying needs during peak and off-peak periods (fairs, conferences, Holy Week, long weekends, etc.), as well as to customer requirements (we will notify you as early as possible). \- Shift work and rotating days off. For regular guests, we require at least intermediate English proficiency (able to converse and serve customers using standard restaurant terminology).
