Job Summary: We are seeking a VTC driver to perform trips courteously, ensuring safe journeys and maintaining the vehicle in optimal condition, while working collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize routes and comply with traffic regulations while performing trips 2. Ensure a comfortable, safe, and discreet journey for the customer 3. Collaborate as a team, delivering the vehicle punctually and responsibly A VTC driver is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform assigned trips via the application, using GPS to optimize city routes and always complying with traffic regulations. \- Greet the customer courteously, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable, safe, and discreet journey. \- Vehicle care: Keep the car clean (interior and exterior), ensure fuel or charging is up to date, and carry out basic visual inspections. Teamwork (shift handovers) \- Deliver the vehicle punctually, responsibly, and in perfect condition to your teammate or designated shift base. \- Operational management: Use our App to accept trips and maintain direct contact with the Support and Operations team to report any incidents immediately. REQUIREMENTS: \- Valid Class B driving license (minimum 2 years of validity) and at least 8 points remaining on the license. \- Residence in the Community of Madrid. \- Motivation to work in a team that values your talent. \- Prior experience as a VTC driver or in freight transportation is desirable. \- Possession of a VTC Driver License is desirable. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off. WORK LOCATION: Community of Madrid, especially the M-30 ring road.
