Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Traffic Operator to plan routes, coordinate with drivers and customers, and manage documentation for national and international transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Route planning and management to optimize time and resources. 2. Daily coordination with drivers, fleet, and workshop. 3. Customer contact and follow-up to ensure service compliance. A company specializing in **road freight transportation**, operating both **nationally and internationally**, with an **extensive fleet of trucks**, is looking to hire a **Traffic Operator** to join its **Traffic Department**. **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning and management of routes and trips**, optimizing time and resources. * Daily coordination with **drivers**, fleet department, and workshop. * **Customer contact and follow-up**, ensuring compliance with contracted services. * Management and control of **transport documentation** (delivery notes, CMR consignment notes, loading orders, etc.). * Resolution of incidents occurring during trips and monitoring of trip progress. * Support in organizing and controlling the department’s daily operations. **Job Requirements** * Prior experience in similar roles within the transportation or logistics sector. * Knowledge of traffic and route management, both nationally and internationally. * Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. * Strong organizational, planning, and task-prioritization skills. * Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and drivers. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We seek a **responsible, organized, and solution-oriented** individual capable of working under pressure and demonstrating strong coordination skills.
