Join our rapidly expanding project as a **Traffic Manager**, responsible for coordinating delivery operations, optimizing routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries. You will serve as the liaison between the delivery team, warehouse, and customer service, guaranteeing efficient and high-quality service. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily delivery operations. * Plan and optimize routes using technological tools. * Lead and support the delivery team. * Monitor KPIs and propose continuous improvements. * Manage incidents and ensure interdepartmental communication. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations and procedures. * Prepare reports and strategies to optimize logistics. Requirements: * Experience in logistics or parcel delivery. * Proficiency in fleet and route management systems. * Ability to lead teams and solve problems in real time. * Strong computer skills. * Education in logistics, transportation, or related fields (preferred).
