Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic Manager for logistics to plan optimal routes, manage and coordinate the fleet, assign drivers and vehicles, and ensure compliance with national legislation. Indefinite contract and full-time working hours Minimum Requirements ESSENTIAL: \- Vocational training related to logistics and/or transportation. \- Experience: at least 1 year in transport or logistics companies. \- Knowledge of the national road network. \- Knowledge of tachographs. DESIRABLE: \- Proficiency in office software. COMPETENCIES: \- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. \- Strong communication skills. Description We are looking for a Traffic Manager for logistics, reporting directly to the department head. Main responsibilities will include: \- Planning optimal routes \- Managing and coordinating the fleet \- Assigning drivers and vehicles \- Ensuring compliance with national legislation \- Knowledge of tachograph regulations and driving/rest time rules.
