Passenger-handling experience and basic English valued A transportation company is looking for a minibus driver / VDE 11 \+ 1 seats in Mallorca for platform-managed services, under a remuneration model similar to VTC. Economic Conditions * Guaranteed bus driver collective agreement salary, with pro-rated extra payments. * Variable remuneration of 25% on the invoicing amount that Uber pays to the fleet (VAT included). * The variable component is paid monthly via payroll, clearly and transparently. Performance-oriented system: higher invoicing equals higher remuneration, while always guaranteeing the minimum collective agreement salary and complying with tachograph regulations and transport legislation. Work focused on transfers, airport services, and private services. Preferred qualifications: – Passenger-handling experience – Basic English – Punctuality and professional appearance – Weekend availability Requirements: – Driving license D1 or D – Passenger Transport Certificate (CAP) – Tachograph card Immediate start.
