**Description:** ---------------- At **Service Innovation Group España**, a leading company in commercial outsourcing and point-of-sale management, we are seeking a proactive Temporary Selection Technician with a passion for people to join our People Management team. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a continuously growing company with dynamic projects across the entire national territory. * A professional environment where you can develop as a selection specialist and participate in high-impact commercial processes. * Remote working modality. * A positive work atmosphere, advanced digital tools, and ongoing support. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * End-to-end management of selection processes: publishing job offers, screening resumes, conducting telephone and virtual interviews, and tracking candidates. * Coordination with the operations team to identify staffing needs for active and upcoming campaigns. * Updating talent databases for specific or large-scale projects. * Participation in employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of the candidate experience. * Administrative support related to hiring and documentation for new collaborators. **We especially value:** * Ability to adapt to changing environments and projects with volume peaks. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of foreign languages (especially English). * Interest in outsourcing, point-of-sale operations, and human talent. **We especially value:** * Full-time schedule, office hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. * Continuous training. * Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract; work until end of September, potentially extendable until end of October. * Salary conditions: Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI). **Requirements:** --------------- **What profile are we looking for?** * Degree in Labor Relations, HR, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in selection, particularly for commercial, retail, rollout, or promotion profiles. * Proficient use of tools such as Excel, recruitment platforms (InfoJobs, Indeed, etc.), and video conferencing. * Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented individual.
