For a new project in the energy sector, we require a **Technical Office Manager** based in Madrid. **Responsibilities** * Drafting and development of civil engineering projects related to facility decommissioning. * Technical coordination of work across various disciplines involved in the project. * Preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, drawings, specifications, and reports. * Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure proper execution of work. * Participation in technical meetings and coordination of different project phases. * Conducting occasional site visits to the project location for monitoring and coordination, as required. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in drafting civil engineering projects. * Experience in drafting and developing civil engineering projects. * Experience in energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be valued. **Competencies** * Ability to coordinate and organize projects. * Strong communication skills and experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to technical quality. **Location** * Preferably Madrid offices. * Candidates for Bilbao offices will also be considered. * Occasional visits to the project site. **Offer** * Immediate incorporation. * Long-term project. * Permanent contract. * Salary commensurate with experience.
