Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare construction plans, direct and comprehensively manage construction projects, and prepare budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Detailed preparation of construction plans. 2. Overall direction and management of construction projects. 3. Preparation of accurate budgets. In Oviedo (Asturias), we are looking for a professional to carry out detailed preparation of construction plans, ensuring that each project is meticulously planned. You will be responsible for the overall direction and management of construction projects, supervising all phases of the construction process. Additionally, you will be in charge of preparing accurate and project-specific budgets. Proven experience in a similar position is required. We offer an indefinite-term employment contract with full-time hours and a schedule to be determined. Remuneration will be set according to the General Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector.
