Coordination of safety and health on site **Description:** ---------------- At INESPRO, we are looking for a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset and fieldwork experience to join our team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed with the highest quality, strictly adhering to established budgets and schedules. This requires approximately 3 years of combined experience in both fieldwork and office work. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution Control: Supervise on-site work to ensure strict adherence to technical designs and current regulations. * Economic Management: Cost control, construction certifications, budget reviews, and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors. * Planning: Monitor Gantt charts to ensure timely achievement of delivery milestones without deviations. * Safety and Health: Coordinate and supervise implementation of all occupational risk prevention measures on site. * Documentation: Drafting of site minutes, progress reports, and management of the Order Book. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Experience in directing material execution of new residential buildings with at least 8 residential units. * Experience in directing material execution of new public, administrative, hospital/healthcare, or educational buildings. * Possession of certificates attesting to satisfactory project execution
