Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Engineer with experience to supervise construction works, develop construction solutions, carry out measurements and budgets, and manage projects within a technical office. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Supervision of construction works, including analysis of quality, schedule, and cost compliance. \- Technical development of construction solutions. \- Measurements and budgeting for execution projects. \- Preliminary economic sizing. Estimations of PEM and investment costs for any real estate operation. \- Planning of project and construction phases. \- Quality control programs and recording of results. \- Drafting of technical reports. \- Preparation of tender documents for execution phases. \- Budgetary comparisons for contractor award or contract lot adjudication. \- Occasionally, coordination of Health and Safety during execution phase. \- Interaction with clients and suppliers. \- Reporting to Area Manager. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical Architect / Technical Engineer / Medium or higher degree. \- Minimum experience: 5 years \- High proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. English and French proficiency is valued. \- Experience in preparing measurements and budgets. \- Ability to technically manage projects. \- Ability to technically develop construction systems. \- Knowledge and experience in installation execution (fluid and mechanical systems). \- Teamwork capability. \- Proficiency in TCQ, AutoCAD, and MS Project. \- Proficiency in Presto and Revit. \- Client communication skills. \- Geographic mobility capability. \- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
