This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this seal for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a vacancy for a **Technical Architect** at our workplace in Dénia, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day look like?** The selected candidate will be fully responsible for managing the material and financial execution of renovations and construction projects, from contract preparation through to handover, final documentation, and warranties. * **Planning and execution:** Plan and monitor construction works, milestones, deliveries, and activities. * **Measurements and budgets:** Prepare measurements, budgets, comparisons, and control financial deviations. * **Tendering and contracting:** Prepare necessary documentation for requesting quotations and tendering, as well as monitor the contracting process. * **Coordination:** Coordinate contractors, industrial partners, suppliers, and other teams involved in the projects. * **Financial control:** Supervise costs, certifications, deviations, and extra or conflicting work. * **Construction monitoring:** Conduct site visits, meetings, and execution follow-ups, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and defined standards. * **Project closure:** Manage handover, inspections, final documentation, *as\-built* drawings, and warranties. * **Maintenance and renovations:** Coordinate specific maintenance and renovation actions on operational assets. * **End-to-end management:** Provide a Project Manager perspective from the owner’s side, relieving the team of daily management tasks and ensuring correct project execution. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
