Position Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to support the management team and staff by delivering technical services to members and driving the association’s business development. RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of INSTAGI’s Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering services and managing and executing the association’s business development and growth plans. Key responsibilities include: ¬ Providing technical advisory services to members on legal, regulatory, or managerial matters related to the sector—including thermal, electrical, and telecommunications installations—with support from CONAIF and FENIE’s technical services. ¬ Preparing technical documentation for members: technical reports, certificates, maintenance protocols, and documentation for professionals involved in installation legalization. ¬ Administrative procedures and management: processing professional licenses and official accreditations (RITE, low-voltage, telecommunications, industrial registry, grant applications, installation documentation), acting as the operational liaison between members and public authorities on technical matters. ¬ Designing and implementing initiatives to attract and retain members—adapting services and value propositions to their needs, promoting value-added projects and services, and designing offerings such as technical workshops, online tools, and specialized training. ¬ Establishing, promoting, and maintaining strategic relationships with current members, potential collaborators, and key sector entities—fostering long-term member engagement, advancing association initiatives, participating in strategic forums, informational events, and inter-institutional collaborations. ¬ Managing subsidized grants and projects: identifying relevant public funding calls, collaborating in project design and application procedures, and supporting technical execution and justification of ongoing projects. ¬ Supporting the definition and coordination of activation campaigns to promote INSTAGI’s current services and projects. ¬ Collaborating in the supervision and implementation of the annual activity and service plan, measuring its impact and outcomes. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Industrial Engineering and/or Renewable Energy; Higher Vocational Training in Refrigeration\-Heating and/or Electrical Installations. Specialization in project management, HVAC, and/or electricity will be valued. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as a project manager in installation or construction projects. **Languages:** Basque language is mandatory.
