Our people are our greatest asset, and we foster a collaborative work environment and continuous professional development. **The Position:** As a Structural and Foundation Technician, you will be a key contributor to the execution and control of railway works, focusing on the correct implementation and supervision of steel and concrete structures, as well as associated foundations. Your role will be essential in ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with the highest quality standards on the project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control the execution of steel and concrete structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings and technical specifications. * Verify the proper execution of foundation works, including site preparation, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring. * Conduct periodic on-site quality inspections and controls, identifying and reporting potential incidents or deviations. * Collaborate closely with the engineering team, site managers, and other technicians to resolve issues and optimize construction processes. * Manage and coordinate material and human resources assigned to structural and foundation tasks. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all activities. * Participate in preparing technical reports, daily work logs, and other documentation related to project progress. * Provide technical and construction solutions to optimize project delivery. **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** A Higher Technical or Intermediate Technical qualification will be positively considered. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles is required. * For Higher Technical profiles, more than 2 years’ experience will be valued. * For Intermediate Technical profiles, more than 5 years’ experience will be valued, of which at least 2 years must be specifically in execution and/or control of railway works involving steel and concrete structures. * **Specific Knowledge:** Demonstrable experience in STRUCTURES and FOUNDATIONS, particularly in the railway sector. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, proactivity, rigor in quality control, and excellent communication skills. * **Location:** The project will be carried out in VALLADOLID. **What We Offer:** * Join a landmark railway project with a reputable company. * Permanent contract and competitive employment conditions. * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * The opportunity to become part of a team of professionals passionate about engineering and construction. **If you meet the requirements and are passionate about structures and foundations in the railway sector, we want to meet you!
