Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible person with leadership skills to join us as Store Manager and take full responsibility for managing our store. Your main responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and develop the store team. * Ensure achievement of commercial and sales targets. * Analyze results, average transaction value, conversion rate, and other store KPIs. * Organize team schedules, shifts, and vacations. * Ensure excellent customer service and experience. * Supervise store image, tidiness, restocking, and visual merchandising. * Manage cash register, inventory, goods receipt, and administrative tasks. * Implement and enforce company procedures. * Resolve incidents and ensure the store operates smoothly on a daily basis. What are we looking for? * Previous experience as Store Manager, store supervisor, or similar role. * Experience managing teams. * Clearly commercial profile with strong results orientation. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented person with initiative. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer experience. * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
