Position Summary: We are seeking Partie Chefs to manage their station with full autonomy in premium resorts, supervising teams and ensuring high-quality production standards for large volumes. Continuous training and rapid career progression **Partie Chef \| Premium Resort France \| Winter Season \| Accommodation Included** WeMoveWise is recruiting Partie Chefs for a **global leader in premium resorts**. **Your environment:** "All-Inclusive" resorts featuring buffets for 600–1,000 guests, live cooking stations, and conceptual restaurants. High-pressure kitchens where quality is the top priority. **Your responsibilities:** * Manage your station with **full autonomy** (hot, cold, or breakfast section). * Supervise 4–6 junior cooks and ensure service pace. * Produce large volumes while maintaining quality standards. * Strictly comply with HACCP regulations and stock management. **Profile we seek:** * Minimum **2–3 years** experience as a Partie Chef in hotels/resorts. * **Mandatory**: EU passport or a VALID work permit for France (Spanish NIE is not accepted). * Availability to reside at the resort for the entire season. **What we offer:** * **Accommodation and meals included** (no housing expenses). * Travel expenses covered. * Uniform, laundry, and travel provided. * **Continuous training** and rapid career progression (to Sous-Chef, Head Chef). * Live in unique destinations (Alps, seaside) with access to resort facilities. **Location:** Resorts in France (mountain/seaside) **Start date:** Immediate / Flexible **Ready for the challenge?
