**JOB POSITION** Speech Therapist **SERVICE** Speech Therapy and Child Development. **WORK SCHEDULE** Part-time. 20 hours per week (afternoon). Real possibility of expansion to full-time due to center growth. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS** **Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Speech Therapy** **Must be registered with the professional association.** **Accredited training and demonstrable experience in voice,** swallowing disorders, and myofunctional therapy. **Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience** in speech therapy interventions with children. Genuine vocation for working with children and ability to establish trusting relationships with families. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct initial and follow-up speech therapy assessments for children aged 2\-3 years and older, considering their developmental and emotional maturity. Design and implement individualized intervention plans. Maintain detailed progress records for each patient, adjusting goals according to their advancement. Hold periodic interviews with parents (active listening), providing home-based activity guidelines and sharing the child’s progress, as we consider the family an essential part of the process. Collaborate with the center’s team in case coordination, contributing your dual perspective to address behavior and emotions associated with language disorders. Prepare progress reports and participate in follow-up meetings with families and other professionals when necessary. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** \*Experience in Early Intervention (0\-6 years) and/or in psychopedagogical clinics. \*Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. \*Teamwork skills and proactivity in proposing new methodologies for the center. \*Willingness to expand working hours in the future according to the center’s needs. **APPLICATION METHOD / LOCATION** Send your CV and a brief cover letter to: **info@risitasylogros.es** **Subject line reference:** SPEECH THERAPIST OFFERING \[Your full name]. **OBSERVATIONS** **Start date:** Immediate Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
