Collaborative individuals who are comfortable in ambiguous environments—because a significant part of the work involves defining architectures in domains where best practices are still being written (enterprise agentic AI, MCP, AI governance, sovereign platforms). **Who You Are** **Required Technical and Professional Experience** * 5\+ years designing enterprise or solution architectures in complex organizations. * Experience designing cloud\-native architectures: containers (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), API\-first integration, microservices, data platforms. * Production design experience on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Practical knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalents) as tools. * Ability to translate business requirements into architectural decisions and communicate them in both Spanish and English to technical and executive audiences. **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** * Experience designing or evaluating agentic AI architectures: multi\-agent orchestration, agent fabrics, MCP\-based integration, enterprise RAG. * Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or equivalents) and LLM observability stacks (LangSmith, Langfuse). * Knowledge of Policy\-as\-Code (OPA/Rego) applied to AI governance or regulatory compliance. * Experience with model routing (LiteLLM or similar) and GPU vs CPU inference strategies in enterprise environments. * Prior experience in technology consulting, proposal/RFP preparation, or client\-facing roles involving C\-level stakeholders. * **Native / Fluent in Spanish** * **Advanced English proficiency** * **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.** **Being You** The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
