Your Responsibilities ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Implementation of IT Solutions on Olympus devices across various hospitals. * Resolving, managing, and tracking incidents related to these Solutions. * Performing technical interventions arising from active maintenance contracts (preventive, corrective, and assistance services). * Occasionally addressing customer inquiries (e.g., technical specifications, installation timelines, etc.). * Collaborating on defining the solution installation schedule and coordinating with Olympus Iberia’s suppliers and hospital representatives. * Providing customer consulting services through product presentations. * Preparing technical reports for completed installations and managing appropriate documentation. * Training customers on the features of implemented solutions. * Occasionally collaborating with the central development team in Germany for issues not resolvable locally and for product development. * Use of RS\-App CONGRESS AND MEETING SUPPORT * Participating in sales meetings of the division/business line where your presence is required. * Conducting technical product training courses at the European Headquarters, as well as those organized by Olympus Iberia. DAILY ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING \- Monitoring and reporting daily activities in the AMS technical management system, and maintaining documentation and inventory records of installed equipment and their status within the available solutions. Your qualification Preferably a University Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering (Computer Science). Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Preferably Advanced English proficiency.
