The **El Nus Youth Centre** (Sant Joan Despí) is seeking to hire a **Social Integrator** for its non-residential **Socioeducational Intervention Service (SIS)** team, which supports children, adolescents at risk, and their families. **MISSION OF THE POSITION:** To serve as a trusted adult reference figure for the group of young people aged 12–17, ensuring direct socioeducational support, fostering personal autonomy skills, and preventing social vulnerability situations through community-based intervention. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Accompaniment and mentoring:** Provide individual and group support to the assigned youth cohort, promoting a secure and positive educational relationship. * **Development and follow-up of technical plans:** Design, implement, and evaluate Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) in coordination with the interdisciplinary team and Basic Social Services. * **Network-based collaboration:** Conduct regular coordination with local community resources and municipal youth departments. * **Activity facilitation and coexistence:** Plan and facilitate socioeducational activities aimed at developing social skills, healthy habits, conflict management, and group cohesion. * **Family intervention support:** Collaborate in guidance and support actions for families of the youth served. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum required qualification:** Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Social Integration (or officially recognized equivalent). * **Experience:** Prior experience in socioeducational support for adolescents in situations of vulnerability or social risk is desirable. * **Key competencies:** Empathy, assertive conflict resolution ability, teamwork skills, and flexibility. **OFFER CONDITIONS:** * **Working hours:** Part-time, 20 hours per week. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. * **Start date:** September 2026\. * **Location:** Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona). **CONTACT AND APPLICATION SUBMISSION:** Interested candidates may send their updated CV to the email address: **laboral@esplaielnus.org**, indicating in the subject line the reference **Offer\_TIS\_YouthReference.** Salary: €8,000.00–€11,000.00 per year Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Mandatory) Experience: * Working with adolescents: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
