Minimum Required Qualifications * **Proven experience:** Minimum of 10 years performing duties as a Site Supervisor. * **Specialization:** Solid experience in residential or industrial building projects. Main Responsibilities and Functions Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the candidate will assume the following responsibilities: * **Planning and logistics:** Organization of work areas, storage zones, loading/unloading areas, and access routes. * **Resource management:** Processing orders for materials required for production. * **Operational coordination:** Supervision and optimization of subcontracted companies. * **Incident resolution:** Technical management and resolution of conflicts arising during daily execution. * **Health and safety:** Strict monitoring of compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations. * **Quality assurance:** Technical control of works and adherence to established deadlines. * **Technical skills:** Accurate interpretation of project drawings and specifications. * **Team management:** Direction, organization, and task assignment to workers.
