Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in construction to organize and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and daily tasks, ensuring execution, quality, and safety on site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and leadership of on-site teams and subcontractors 2. Control of execution, deadlines, and work quality 3. Incident management and compliance with occupational health and safety **Construction company seeks a Site Supervisor to join our team in Gran Canaria.** We are looking for a candidate with on-site experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, accustomed to coordinating teams, subcontractors, and daily tasks on site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily organization of on-site tasks. * Coordination of skilled workers, laborers, and subcontractors. * Control of execution, deadlines, materials, and auxiliary resources. * Layout surveys and blueprint reading. * Monitoring of scheduling in coordination with the Site Manager. * Quality control of completed work. * Supervision of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * On-site incident management and communication with company management. * Control of material deliveries, orders, and site requirements. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, foreman, team leader, or skilled worker with organizational responsibilities. * Knowledge of construction, renovations, building works, and/or civil engineering. * Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors. * Blueprint reading and interpretation skills. * A proactive, organized, and authoritative individual. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to work on sites located in Gran Canaria. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training in occupational risk prevention. * 60-hour Preventive Resources course. * Experience in building works, renovations, or civil engineering projects. * Experience in measurement control, materials management, and scheduling. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Continuity in new projects. * Positive working environment. * Company vehicle, per diems, or mileage reimbursement based on project needs. * Opportunities for career growth within the company. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site employment **Work Area:** Gran Canaria **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Salary: €1,900.00–€2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
