As we continue to grow, we are seeking to incorporate a **Site Manager** into our team to coordinate and supervise our construction projects. If you are passionate about the construction sector, are an organized individual with leadership capabilities and a strong focus on quality, we would like to meet you. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution. * Monitor scheduling, deadlines, costs, and work quality. * Coordinate internal teams and subcontracted companies. * Manage material procurement and supplier follow-up. * Supervise compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Carry out certifications, measurements, and economic control of the project. * Maintain fluent communication with clients, technical management, and the engineering office. * Resolve issues arising during project execution. Requirements Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent qualification. * Vocational training qualifications related to construction (e.g., Construction Organization and Control, Building Projects, etc.) will also be considered. * Prior experience as a Site Manager or in similar roles (experience in single-family housing will be especially valued). * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, measurements, planning, and site control. * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software). * Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in industrialized construction or wooden structures. * Knowledge of energy efficiency and innovative construction systems. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
