We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in the comprehensive management of building construction projects, capable of leading teams, coordinating all involved parties, and ensuring the achievement of quality, schedule, cost, and safety objectives. This is an established and rapidly growing company specializing in the development and execution of building construction projects, widely recognized for its commitment to construction quality, innovation, and excellence in project delivery. **Job Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and oversee the entire execution of building construction projects from inception through final handover. * Coordinate and supervise in-house teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure proper execution of works. * Monitor scheduling, execution timelines, and adherence to the project schedule. * Manage the project budget, including cost tracking, certifications, and financial variances. * Supervise the technical execution of works in accordance with design documents, current regulations, and established quality standards. * Coordinate procurement and supply of materials, ensuring optimal use of resources and time efficiency. * Maintain communication with the Technical Management, Client, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Resolve technical and organizational issues arising during construction, providing effective solutions. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Prepare progress reports and regularly update Production Management on project status. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on building construction projects. * Experience in comprehensive project management, including planning, economic control, and team coordination. * Advanced knowledge of blueprint interpretation, construction processes, and building regulations. * Proficiency in construction management software such as Presto, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. * Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Valid Class B driving license. * Willingness to travel as required by project needs within the Sabadell area.
