We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess skills in team management, site coordination, and quality control for construction and renovation projects. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate on-site work, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Organize site personnel and assign daily tasks. Monitor materials, tools, and resources on site. Interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical specifications. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and technical staff. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (OHS). Report progress and requirements to company management. Requirements: Valid OHS certification. Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and execution processes. Ability to lead teams and resolve on-site issues. Proficiency in blueprint interpretation and cost control. Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
