Description

1 site manager. Requirements: Degree in Technical Architecture or Technical Engineering in Public Works or similar, 5 years’ experience in executing public and private building construction projects, knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (PRL), proficiency in tools such as Revit, BIM, MS Project, Cype, AutoCAD, Presto, ERP, SAP, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Conditions: Indefinite-term contract, based in Barcelona, full-time schedule of 40 hours/week including statutory breaks, €3,214 gross/month x 14 payments. \- Detailed analysis of projects and tender documents. \- Cost control, monthly certifications, and supervision of supplier and subcontractor invoicing. \- Time and resource planning throughout the entire project lifecycle. \- Procurement management and forecasting of project needs. \- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). * 60 months’ experience. \- Minimum 5 years’ experience in executing public and private building construction projects. \- Demonstrable experience of at least 10 years managing construction projects with a Project Execution Manager (PEM) budget exceeding €10,000,000. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills. \- Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €3,214 * Additional relevant information: \- Join a solid, growing company with a national project. \- Participation in innovative and large-scale projects. \- Dynamic and collaborative work environment. \- Job stability and professional development within the group.
