Service Technician Location: Murcia, Spain Salary: $23,900\.00 gross annual salary, paid in 12 installments Work schedule type: Full-time Job description: We are seeking a candidate to join our team as a Field Service Technician, with a primary focus on customer service and on-site support. This position combines basic technical skills with a strong service orientation, as the main objective is to deliver a positive customer experience while performing simple maintenance tasks. Job objective: Ensure proper customer service and satisfaction by performing basic technical services, guaranteeing equipment functionality and providing practical on-site solutions. Main responsibilities: Direct on-site customer interaction Execution of basic and preventive maintenance Use of hand tools for adjustments and simple repairs Basic diagnosis of simple mechanical failures Tracking and resolution of incidents Reporting of performed activities Requirements: Basic knowledge of hand tools Fundamentals of simple mechanics Prior experience in technical service or customer service roles (preferred) Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proactive and service-oriented attitude Valid driver's license Ability to work autonomously We offer: Competitive salary of 23,900\.00 gross € annually.
