Service Technician Location: Leon, Spain Salary: $23,900\.00 gross annually, paid in 12 installments Work schedule type: Full-time Job description: We are seeking a person to join our team as a Field Service Technician, with a primary focus on customer service and on-site support. This position combines basic technical skills with a strong service orientation, as the main objective is to deliver a positive customer experience while performing simple maintenance tasks. Job objective: Ensure proper customer attention and satisfaction by performing basic technical services, guaranteeing equipment proper operation and providing practical on-site solutions. Main responsibilities: Direct on-site customer service Performing basic and preventive maintenance Using hand tools for adjustments and simple repairs Basic diagnosis of simple mechanical failures Tracking and resolving incidents Reporting performed activities Requirements: Basic knowledge of hand tools Fundamentals of simple mechanics Previous experience in technical service or customer service roles (desirable) Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Proactive and service-oriented attitude Driver's license Ability to work autonomously We offer: Competitive salary of 23,900\.00 gross € annually.
