You will perform advanced diagnostics using multi-brand equipment and carry out comprehensive maintenance on trucks, including engines, brakes, and electronic systems. You will also inspect wiring and gas systems, and conduct final tests. At reception, you will analyze customer needs, open repair orders, and prepare estimates. You will coordinate work with mechanics and supervise fault extension assessments. You will explain repair work to customers, manage invoicing, and deliver the vehicle. This role combines technical expertise with customer service. A direct permanent contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:30\. A vocational background in vehicle maintenance and experience in the sector are required. Teamwork and customer orientation are valued. Proven experience as a service advisor or workshop receptionist in the industrial vehicle sector is essential. Solid knowledge of heavy-vehicle mechanics, electricity, and diagnostics is required.
