We are currently looking for a **Senior** **Salesforce DevOps Manager** to join a leading multinational in the healthcare sector. You will join a cutting-edge international project, working closely with senior technical leaders abroad to ensure operational excellence. ***What will your day-to-day look like?*** * Review and ensure Salesforce code quality, enforcing best practices and technical standards. * Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to achieve faster, safer, and automated deployments. * Manage releases, dependencies, and environment conflicts across sandboxes and production. * Provide technical support and mentoring to development teams on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce Metadata, and performance optimization. * Collaborate with Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to align technical strategy and ensure efficient delivery. * Participate in continuous improvement of the development lifecycle by conducting technical audits and proposing optimizations. * Automate key processes such as sandbox refresh, branching strategy in multi\-org architecture, and data seeding for test environments. ***What are we looking for?*** * Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps. * Solid experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce Metadata, and complex org-to-org migrations. * Demonstrable experience with CI/CD, Git, GitLab CI, or similar tools. * Scripting and automation knowledge using JavaScript, Python, or Shell. * Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, Salesforce Inspector, Jira, or equivalent tools. * Ability to resolve complex issues related to deployments, validations, pipelines, and cross-environment dependencies. * Strong communication skills for conducting code reviews, mentoring, and collaborating with both technical and functional teams. * High and fluent English proficiency, as it will be your daily working language. ***We will value positively:*** * Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, and Administrator. * Experience with multi\-org or multi\-region Salesforce architectures. * Experience automating sandbox refresh, data seeding, and GDPR-compliant data anonymization. ***What can we offer you?*** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Location: Valencia, hybrid format with remote work and on-site presence. * Competitive salary aligned with your experience. * Flexible compensation plan including private health insurance, childcare allowance, meal vouchers, and public transportation pass. * As English will be highly relevant, you will also have access to personalized English classes. * Join a dynamic, collaborative, respectful, inclusive, and above all, human-centered environment. * Autonomous career development plan to accelerate your professional growth. * Professional training and mentoring to support your continued evolution.
