Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Systems Technician to remotely administer and manage security systems across multiple sites, providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomous problem resolution **We are looking for a Security Systems Technician** to join the operations team of a corporate security control center. The selected candidate will be responsible for the remote administration and management of security systems installed across multiple sites, providing technical support to personnel deployed at various facilities. **Main Responsibilities** Device onboarding, offboarding, and configuration on the control center's integrated security platforms. Remote incident review, monitoring, and resolution. Remote technical support to field technical staff at distributed installations. Coordination with client teams during on-site working hours. **On-site Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:30; Friday: 8:00–14:00. **Location** of the Position La Finca Business Park (**Pozuelo de Alarcón,** Madrid) **Requirements** Advanced education and experience with an integrated security platform (e.g., DassNet, Vigiplus). Solid knowledge of office software and security system management tools. Experience using incident management tools. Ability to autonomously diagnose and resolve issues in a remote environment. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in corporate security control centers or telecommunications operator control centers. Certifications in Geutebruck systems or other CCTV/intrusion/access control manufacturers. Knowledge of IP networking applied to security systems.
