Key responsibilities: * Perform qualified control and supervision duties. * Attend to guests, carrying out all necessary tasks for service delivery. * Confirm that your sector/area is ready for service. * Comply with established HACCP measures and regulatory use of PPE. * Coordinate service with your direct supervisor.
