**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
Managing the planning, control and operations management of the delegation, ensuring its proper functioning through logistics control, maintenance control of patient equipment, stock and warehouse control, fleet management of vehicles, control of technological equipment assigned to healthcare personnel or installers, and supervision of compliance with procedures and safety regulations by staff under your responsibility.
To achieve this, your responsibilities will be:
* Plan, control and manage the delegation's operations, ensuring their proper functioning.
* Guarantee service quality delivered to the delegation's patients, in coordination with all process stakeholders at the delegation level.
* Coordinate activities carried out by home visits, consultations (Inspira Points) and telephone follow-ups.
* Stock, warehouse and storage management.
* Fleet management of the delegation's vehicles.
* Support coordination of the administrative activities of the center performed by the Regional Operations Manager or the Delegation Director.
* Provide and ensure availability of necessary materials for patient care.
* Monitoring and management of reports and KPIs.
* Compliance with rules governing the use of work tools.
* Supervision of staff under your responsibility regarding compliance with safety regulations and work procedures.
This will be a TEMPORARY position.

Education: You will be a candidate if you hold a university degree and/or higher vocational training qualification (degree certificate required).
Experience: Proven experience in team management (team of more than 5 people) is important.
Other competencies: Strong adaptability to change, commitment to internal/external customers, and leadership skills.
Desirable: Focus on continuous improvement, Lean methodologies.
