Residence Director for Older Adults – Socio-Healthcare Center Vitoria\-Gasteiz (Álava) An elderly residence located in Vitoria\-Gasteiz is seeking a **Residence Director** to lead the center’s comprehensive management and ensure excellence in care for older adults. We seek a professional with experience in **managing or directing socio-healthcare centers or geriatric residences**, possessing leadership, organizational, and multidisciplinary team management capabilities. Job Responsibilities: * Overall direction and management of the residence. * Coordination of the multidisciplinary team (nursing, caregiving staff, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, etc.). * Supervision of clinical care and residents’ well-being. * Staff organization and management at the center. * Monitoring compliance with clinical protocols and socio-healthcare regulations. * Communication with residents’ families and handling of incidents. * Supervision of quality indicators and continuous service improvement. * Coordination with suppliers, public authorities, and external entities. Requirements: * University degree (Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Health Sciences, Center Management, or related field). * Experience in **managing or directing elderly residences or socio-healthcare centers**. * Knowledge of how the socio-healthcare sector operates. * Leadership and team management skills. * Organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Training in **Socio-Healthcare Center Management**. * Experience in quality management and clinical protocols. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
