Refrigeration Technician (First Class)

From Ilerwork, a consultancy specialized in the construction and industrial sectors, we are seeking a Refrigeration Technician (First Class) to join a leading company in industrial and energy solutions, headquartered in Valencia. ​ Main Responsibilities of a Refrigeration Technician (First Class) * Assemble, install, and commission refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, air-conditioning, and heat pump systems. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control faults in refrigeration equipment. * Install, connect, and verify refrigerant piping, indoor and outdoor units, condensers, evaporators, and other system components. * Conduct leak-tightness, vacuum, refrigerant charging, and recovery tests in accordance with applicable regulations. * Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and documentation. * Adjust and verify operational parameters to optimize system performance and energy efficiency. * Complete work reports, technical reports, and maintenance documentation. * Coordinate, where applicable, the work of lower-grade technicians and support staff. * Comply with quality, safety, environmental, and occupational risk prevention standards. Requirements * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Systems. * Prior experience as a Refrigeration Technician (First Class) in industrial environments, especially in new construction projects, maintenance, or industrial installations. * Valid Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course of 20 or 60 hours. * Ability to coordinate work teams, manage execution phases, and resolve technical issues on-site.
