With over 35 years of experience in social action in Spain, we have developed comprehensive and effective solutions to promptly address complex realities.
We are currently seeking a Psychology Service Coordinator for Ceuta.
Key responsibilities include:
* Organization and coordination of the psychosocial care service.
* Supervision of daily activities and duties of the team.
* Coordination with other services (legal, social work, healthcare, etc.).
* Organization of team meetings.
* Participation in coordination meetings with service coordinators and shift supervisors.
* Maintaining coordination with the Psychology Unit.
* Coordination with potential receiving centers in case of referrals, and with originating centers when necessary.
* Follow-up on referrals to hospital centers.
* Coordination with the Healthcare Service regarding medication administration.
* Preparation of reports.
* Occasional psychosocial support.
* Other actions necessary for the development of the service.
Offered:
Temporary contract until 31/12/2026.
Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
Salary: €29,900 gross per year.
**Profile:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology.
Professional registration with the Autonomous Community where duties will be performed.
Certification as a licensed healthcare psychologist.
Clinical practice experience.
Experience in team coordination and management.
Knowledge of international protection and immigration matters.
Experience in intervention with migrant populations.
Languages (advanced level in at least one of the following): English, French, Arabic.
Proficiency in formal written communication.
Conflict resolution and management skills.
Teamwork skills.
Proactive and collaborative attitude, problem-solving ability, initiative, and autonomy.
